Can you believe it? I sure cant and lately I have hit crazy stress over everything, make sure house is ready, clean, clean, clean, mode. I'm really starting to get nervous, not really about labor but about what comes after! I consider myself to be pretty great with children. I'm not sure though how I will do with my own. Sleep routines, and breastfeeding, really have my mind a running. Tyler has been so good with everything and so calm, I wish I was more like him. He just waits for me to ask him to put something together or hang something up and he is right there. Yesterday we put together our swing, high chair, bouncer, and even put the car seat in my car. ( I know its still a little early) We had some drama with the car seat but hopefully that will all end up working out. To top everything off, our heater has been giving us a hard time and its fixed but a certain fan wont stop running. Were most likely going to have to buy a new heater which will run us a good 1700.00. Lovely timing isn't it? My goal right now is to relax and try to enjoy the last days being pregnant!

I know you'll be an amazing mom! I definately know what you mean about worrying about all those things. Its hard when its your first one. You have no idea what to expect, but I know you'll do amazing!
You are so close! And you still look great! Enjoy what time you have left, and just relax while you can.
You are totally nesting :) You'll never feel all the way ready, but I promise you'll be great! Anyway - breastfeeding!! I always wanted to do it, and never really considered formula feeding an option. For one thing - breast milk is so much better in every way. Not only is it 100 times healthier, it smells better, its a million times cheaper and I think it's a lot easier. I've gotten to the point where if Sway is hungry I'll feed him where ever we are (don't worry I have a nursing cover). A few things to do when you are in the delivery room... make sure your nurses and doctor know that you want "skin to skin". That's where they give you the baby right after he's born (so he's naked), and you put him on to nurse immediately (and he's against your bare skin too). They've done research on this to say that it helps with the whole "latching on" process as well as the bonding. Let him nurse for as long as he wants. Don't be afraid to ask for help if there are problems (there are tons of people there to help you in the hospital). And DON'T give up!! I've had it pretty easy and haven't really had many problems (so far), but there are definitely days that are more frustrating than others. Also - make sure you have good nursing bras (I get mine at Motherhood Maternity), and lots of nursing pads. Especially at the beginning. As your milk comes in you'll leak a ton as your body tries to regulate how much to produce. You'll probably be pretty engorged some days, but that will also pass as your body gets used to it. If you have any questions at all - you can ask me! I have a ton of little breastfeeding pamphlets, and know that there's a lot of info. online you can find too. Anyway - don't stress! It's such a natural thing and I've really enjoyed it!
