1st Doc Apt

So today was our first doc apt for the baby. My mom was great enough to take over the daycare while me and Tyler went. I was so nervous, I was literally shaking waiting to be called back. I just wanted everything to be good and the baby to be healthy. We got called back and did some routine tests and then she dragged in the ultrasound machine. I got so happy when she did because i wasn't really expecting to have one this soon. My doctor is seriously the best and she makes me feel so good and that means a lot. Right away we saw the little peanut. He/She was kicking like crazy!! Waving her/his hands everywhere. The doctor even commented that it was very active. I wasn't expecting to see anything but a blob but we could actually see the arms and legs and head and body. It was the best feeling in the world. You think you know happy but then to experience this is just amazing. We heard the heart beat and it was fast but so cute. I thought I would cry, because I have been so emotional lately but I did well. Then they had to take my blood :( I hate this but I did good. The lady started talking about breaking dawn so this eased my nerves. :) haha Next apt is September 8th and we probably wont have another ultrasound until October. Sadly we didn't get any pictures which is a real bummer but I'll take the healthy active baby instead :) I'm 10 weeks 4 days and right on target. Things are going so wonderful!!
