Tyler got offered a full time position with Midvale Fire Dept today! We have waited for this day for so long and I'm in tears writing this because I'm so proud of him. Getting hired onto a department even part time is a hard thing to do but full time is a huge accomplishment. Tyler has been working with bluffdale part time for 2 years now and he loves it, he will continue working there part time. He has worked part time with Midvale since fall and we are ecstatic that he has moved up to full time so soon. At a typical fire fighter test for hiring there is about 200-300 applicants. Tyler never let this get to him and kept testing and testing. His schedule will be much better now and we will see him so much more, not to mention a little pay raise that we get will be nice!! This couldn't come at a better time for us and I'm so happy that he gets to do what he loves and calls it work. Hard work really does pay off!! Tyler we love you so much and we are so proud of you!! Woohoo, you're amazing!!
