I cant believe our baby is 1 month today! I have a feeling I will be saying that with every milestone! He is just perfect and I love looking at him and kissing his sweet face! He is starting to be awake more often and he is more alert with his surroundings. He smiles a lot, and I cant wait for those smiles to be real and not gas! Here are some fun facts about him so far!-He loves loves loves to eat, Hes a great eater and its his favorite thing to do! Give him a bottle and you're his best friend.
-He loves to be sung too, daddy wont like this but he loves when I sing high school musical songs to him. :) He usually stops crying right away after this!
-Hes likes to snort.
-He likes to pee when you change him, hes a stinker!
-His nickname is Tarzan because he hollers.
- Hes on a pretty consistent schedule on most days, every 3 hours he likes to eat. At night it can range from 2-4 hours.
-Hes already been on about 10 walks, thank goodness moms trying to loose weight!
-His brother snoop is his best friend! They do everything together!
-He is 9lbs 2 0z but hes actually probably more then that now, that was a week ago.
-He is already so spoiled and loved by everyone!!

As for me, I'm doing pretty fantastic. I'll admit the first 2 weeks were rough. I cried and cried, sometimes for no reason. I just was so worried that I wasn't a good mom and wanted to make sure everything he was doing was normal. After talking to numerous people I found out this was quite normal and felt much better about my raging hormones. Now thankfully that has passed and I'm feeling so great. I only have 12 more pounds to loose of the baby weight. That's pretty great considering I gained 40lbs. I have a constant urge to be working out, I cant wait to get the ok from my doctor to start running again, and really work out. I start work again today, 4 weeks really flew by. Thankfully I work out of home and don't have to leave my baby.
As for Tyler, He is amazing!!! I have found a new found love for him and I once thought I couldn't love him more but I actually do. Tyler does the 1:00-2:00 feeding which is the hardest one. When hes at the fire station I have the hardest time doing it. He loves gage so much and has been so wonderful with helping out and helping with the house. I have had endless foot massages :) He has a really hard time leaving for work now. Its really true, seeing your husband become a dad really makes you love him so much more!! A song comes to mind when writing this, Brad Paisleys new song "Then" Go listen to it, I love it!!! Brad is my ultimate favorite.
Life has been crazy, and amazing all in one. Being a mom is the best thing in the world!!

What?! He's already 1 month? That's crazy. He is so cute! I'm glad you are doing so well, I remember bawling my head off the first few weeks too. That is SO amazing to me that you have already lost so much weight, and you haven't even been "cleared" for official exercise yet. Wow!! Good for you Amber.

It's amazing isn't it!! I couldn't agree more with everything you said. Having a baby makes you happier than you ever thought you could be! There is SO much love in your home and family, it's unbelievable! He's such a cutie, and I'm so glad things are going good for you guys :)
