4 months!

4 months, oh where does the time go? 

Sawyer you're simply amazing and words just can't explain how loved you are! Your brothers adore you and everyone who meets you just falls in love instantly. You're a very special little girl!

You're 13lbs and 25 inches. You're about average in all areas. You have the cutest cheeks though and skinniest legs ever! Your feet are also crazy tiny and no shoes really fit you. 

You're wearing size 6 month clothes and size 2 diapers. Eating 4 oz. We started you on rice cereal on 11-15-16 and you were not interested. Maybe you will like veggies or oatmeal better. 

You're a pretty chill baby but when you cry, you cry! You're starting to use your toys more often and like sitting in your bumbo. You rolled this month and it was the cutest ever! You're sleeping in your crib and its been hit or miss. We're trying to get you unsaddled and thats been hard for you. Some nights you'll sleep all night and some are just a mess. You do well with your binky but you enjoy playing with it more than sucking on it. You're trying to hold your own bottle and that makes me sad. You smile all the time and I'm not just saying that you do. You giggle a lot and its the sweetest. You love eating your hands. You love bath time. You're still not loving the car 100%. You love blankets and love them by your face. You still have blue eyes and your hair is coming in super blonde. 

You're babble more and love cooing. 

We experienced your first halloween and you were wonder woman. 

You're the best, we love you baby girl! 

3 months

3 months with our Sawyer girl, man does time go by fast! She's such a beauty and everyday I just stare at her like you wouldn't believe. She's a great baby and we really lucked out! She's 12 pounds and getting a little bit of chunk on her. She's got the skinniest legs and tinniest feet! She still has blue eyes and her hairs coming in more. She's got the best skin as well! 

She's still sleeping in our room swaddled. She's sleeping from 9-4 then eats super fast and sleeps till 7-8. She's a champ in the sleeping department! She sleeps a lot during the day too. She's really not on any schedule, we're loving what she's doing now so we're not going to mess with anything.  We just switched her over to formula and it was kinda a sad switch. She went through a huge growth spurt and was eating like you wouldn't believe. My milk was just not keeping up and it was just more work than needed. She's eating 4-5 oz every 3 hours and I was pumping 1-2 oz. She's a great eater and I'm so thankful for that! I made it 3 months doing breastmilk and I'm very proud of myself for that. 

She smiles all the time. She's such a happy baby and make this photographer mama proud. She loves baths, loves her swing, and loves being outside. She's still not the best in the carseat but getting a little better. She likes diaper changes and getting dressed which is weird. She's starting to reach for toys and pull at them. She always watches the tv when its on, parents of the year!

I feel like I'm a completely different mother with her. I have no desire for her to move out of our room. I have no desire for her to roll over. I have no desire for her to start solids, no desire for her to crawl, no desire for her to do any milestones. Really though I just don't want her to grow up. Of course i'm going to encourage these things but they do make me so sad. Having your last baby outgrow things and get big is hard. I'm so happy right now with our lives and I just do not want anything to change. We love you Sawyer, happy 3 months!
