Our sweet baby BOY!
We couldn't be more excited to be welcoming another little guy into our family. I had a feeling the entire time it was a boy. Although yes I would love to see a little girl in our family, I've just always thought I'd be a boy mom. Everything in the ultrasound was perfect, he showed off his goods, and he waved quite a few times too. Here is the little story...
On Saturday morning 12-29 we didn't have much going on that day. As I was getting ready and had this urge to call fetal fotos, and ask them if they would get us in. Granted we already had an appointment for Friday 1-4. When I called I asked them if they had any appointments open for that night, and they did. I told them I was 14 weeks 3 days and they said that was ok. They let me know that if they weren't 100% or if they couldn't see anything, they give a voucher to come back and try again. Win win if you ask me, I will take as much baby seeing as possible. We head on over to Fetal Fotos at 5p.m. The excitement in the car is crazy, mostly coming from Gage in the back. We get back into the room and tell the tech our little plan. We ask that if she can tell 100% what the sex is to not tell us. After the ultrasound we ask her to tell Gage, and he will tell us when it's just the 3 of us. We had to cover our eyes a few times during the ultrasound but she was 100%. The ultrasound was so perfect, Gage was too cute! He held my hand, he rubbed my legs, I swear he thought I was in pain. He smiled the entire time, and was super observant. He would say, "look a hand!" "He's playing peek a boo!" "Aw so cute!" I wished I would've recorded him during it. Our normal ob's office offered a sex scan at 16 weeks but had signs that said, leave your kids at home. We wanted Gage there so I'm so so glad we did this. When we were done we left the room. When Gage came out his smile said it all, I pretty much knew right then. He kept it a surprise though till we were in the car, he pretty much rocks I tell ya. He giggled constantly!

When we got into the car we recorded him telling us the news! This is what we played when we visited all our families that night. The entire experience was amazing, exactly what I wanted.
Fetal Fotos is right next to sweet tooth fairy. They were amazing and dyed some blue frosting for us last minute. These next two pictures was me asking Gage how he felt about his little brother.
The next day we did a little photo shoot in too bright sun. Thanks Shirley for coming out last minute, we love ya!
I'm so excited to have another boy. I already have nursery ideas, we are pretty sure on a name, Gage is so excited, and life couldn't be better!
